DATES: April 25 (Friday) 7:00 p.m. through April 27 (Lord’s Day) 10:30 a.m.
LOCATION:Student Station

WHO MAY ATTEND: Current 5th graders and same gender parent or serving ones.
6th graders who did not attend the conference in 2024 may attend.
Only registered 5th graders may attend the conference; no other children may attend.
No more than one adult per 5th or 6th grader may register.
SERVING ONES: Background checks are required of all adults once every 3 years. Each
serving one and parent must apply individually at ministry opportunities.org
Anyone approved in the last 3 years need not reapply.
REGISTRATION FEE: The cost is $75 for each person registered, both 5th graders and parents or
serving ones, which includes hospitality, snacks, and all meals through breakfast
on the Lord’s Day. Conference registration is due by April 1, 2025.

The serving ones from each locality are responsible to bring a completed Medical Release Form (attached) for each young person in case medical attention is needed during the conference.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE: Arrival time and registration will be 6:00 p.m. on Friday evening.
The first meeting will begin at 7:00pm Friday. Please eat dinner before you arrive.
The conference will end at 10:30am on the Lord’s Day.
WHAT TO BRING: Each 5th grader needs to bring a sleeping bag and pillow.
Bring personal toiletries, a towel, and clothes for meetings and for recreation.
Recovery Version of the Bible – Old and New Testament
Do not bring: cell phones, tablets, or other electronic devices
GENERAL INFORMATION: Each locality should send one serving one or parent for every three to four 5th
graders who can transport the young people throughout the conference.
