Dear brothers and sisters in the Lord:

We would like to announce that this year’s International Thanksgiving
Blending Conference will be held in Washington, DC from Thursday, November
24 through Lord’s Day, November 27, 2022. We would like to extend an invitation
to all the churches and individuals to participate in this gathering.

The meeting schedule is as follows:
1st meeting: Thursday, November 24 …….. 7:30 PM
2nd meeting: Friday, November 25 ……….. 10:00 AM
3rd meeting: Friday, November 25 …………. 7:30 PM
4th meeting: Saturday, November 26 …… 10:00 AM
5th meeting: Saturday, November 26 …….. 7:30 PM
6th meeting: Lord’s Day, November 27 …… 9:30 AM

All the meetings will be held at the Washington Hilton, International Ballroom,
located at 1919 Connecticut Ave, NW, Washington, DC 20009 and will be open to
the public. There will be translation into Chinese, Korean, Spanish, and
Portuguese. Some additional languages may also be included. Please see the
attached information regarding the details of the conference.

Please pray that the Lord will take more crucial steps in the advancement of His
purpose during this gathering.

Information concerning the
International Thanksgiving Blending Conference
Washington, DC
November 24-27, 2022

1. General: All conference meetings will be held in the Washington Hilton, International
Ballroom, located at 1919 Connecticut Ave, NW, Washington DC 20009.

2. Translation: There will be translation into Chinese, Korean, Spanish, and Portuguese. Some
additional languages may also be included. Those who need translation will need to download an
app called “Listen Everywhere.” You can download the app to either an Android phone or an iPhone.
After installing the app, saints will need to be inside the Washington Hilton International Ballroom in
order to connect with the server. When inside the room, connect to the Wi-fi network “Translation” and
type in the password: “Translation.” Open the Listen Everywhere app and then select the desired
language. Saints should bring their own headphones or earbuds and may also want to bring an external
battery pack if they will need to charge their phone. Those who need translation may also bring their
own FM radio, headset, and extra batteries.

3. Lodging:
Washington Hilton:
There is a special group rate of $104.00 USD/per night plus tax for single, double, triple, and
quadruple occupancy rooms. For room reservations, please call 1-202-483-3000 or 1-800-
HILTONS and request the Living Stream Ministry group rate by providing the code: LSM1. To
make online reservations at the special group rate, please go to:https://book.passkey.com/go/LSM.
Reservations must be made on or before 5:00 PM local time (EDT) on Wednesday, October 21,
2022 in order to get this reduced rate. Check-in is 4:00 PM or earlier if rooms are available and
check-out is 11:00 AM on November 27, 2022. Late check-out may be provided upon request and
based on availability.

A limited number of hotel rooms at the Living Stream Ministry group rate are set aside at the
Washington Hilton. Saints are encouraged to make their hotel reservations as early as possible in
order to get the discounted rate.

We would ask the saints to only reserve rooms that they intend to use and to cancel their
reservations as soon as possible if they are unable to attend the conference. Reserved rooms that
are released after the October 21 cut-off date will not be available to the saints at the discounted
rate.
Please also note that there is an early departure fee of one night’s room rate plus tax for guests
that check out prior to the confirmed checkout date.

4. Transportation: Please refer to the enclosed Transportation Information Sheet for directions
from the Washington National Airport and the Washington Dulles International Airport.

5. Parking: All conference attendees will receive a discounted overnight and daytime self-parking
rate at the Washington Hilton of $20.00 USD per day with in and out privileges.

6. Childcare:
Care for children from Kindergarten through 6th grade will be provided during the conference
meetings at the Washington Hilton. Please register all children attending the conference
online at: 2022 International Thanksgiving Blending Conference Childcare Registration. All
childcare registration submissions will receive an email confirmation with additional
instructions. Please register all children no later than November 1, 2022.

The meetings of the conference will be broadcast live on the guest room televisions at the
Washington Hilton. There will be a viewing room available for parents to care for their pre-K
children during the meetings of the conference.
Children must be signed in at their assigned rooms 15 minutes prior to each meeting.
High school and junior high students are expected to attend all conference meetings.

7. Conference Webcast: The in-person meetings of the conference will be streamed live at
live.lsmwebcast.com for those whose time-zone permits them to watch the live meetings by
webcast. The live webcast will be available according to schedule 1 below.

In addition to the live webcast of the in-person meetings, LSM will stream the messages,
time zone after time zone, across the globe as we have for the past two years at
conf.lsmwebcast.com. This will be done according to two different schedules, schedule 2
below for US churches and schedule 3 below for the rest of the world.

This arrangement will provide the enjoyable conference atmosphere, yet it allows those
who cannot attend from both the U.S. and abroad to enjoy the conference meetings via
LSM conference webcast.

The published meeting times for the live webcast on November 24-27, 2022 are
Eastern Standard Time (EST) only.

The published meeting times for November 25-27 and November 25-28, 2022 are for
your time zone, not for Washington, DC, USA (unless you are in the same time zone as
Washington, DC). LSM will stream the message meetings, time zone after time zone,
across the globe. Thus, the saints in your locality do not have to figure out what time
each message will begin based on your time difference from Washington, DC. Below are
two examples, which will hopefully make this fully clear:

Example 1: You are in Malaysia (MYT, UTC +8). All meeting times will begin as
shown above in schedule 3 above in your time zone. Thus, the first message
meeting will begin streaming at 7:30 PM (19:30) MYT on Friday, November 25,
2022; the second message meeting will begin streaming at 10:00 AM (10:00) MYT
on Saturday, November 26, 2022; and subsequent messages will begin streaming
according to the schedule for churches outside of the U.S. (above).

Example 2: You are in New York City (EST, UTC -5). All meetings times will begin
as shown in schedule 2 above in your time zone. Thus, the first message meeting
will begin streaming at 10:00 AM (10:00) EST on Friday, November 25, 2022;
the second message meeting will begin streaming at 7:30 PM (19:30) EST on
Friday, November 25, 2022; and subsequent messages will begin streaming
according to the schedule for U.S. churches (above).

To know exactly when the meetings in your time zone will be streamed, you can simply
replace ‘MYT’ with your own time zone in Example 1 if you live outside the U.S., or replace
‘EST with your own time zone in Example 2 if you live in the U.S. By streaming the
meetings by time zones we hope that the messages of this conference will be received by
many, many more saints than what would be possible in live meetings in one location.

A. Viewing the messages:

1. The website for streaming the live conference messages on November 24-27, 2022 is
live.lsmwebcast.com. This site does not require an account and will be accessible to
download the conference outlines, beginning Friday, November 18, 2022.

2. The website for streaming the conference messages on November 25-28, 2022 is
conf.lsmwebcast.com. This site does not require an account and will be accessible to
all the saints and churches to download the conference outlines and run a test video on
their devices, beginning Friday, November 18, 2022. The site will interactively guide
each saint to the correct language.

The messages will be streamed promptly in each time zone according to your
schedule (listed above). Hence, if someone goes to the site late and opens the video
stream, they will be joining the meeting in progress. For example, if someone joins the
Saturday morning meeting at 10:20 AM (10:20) in his or her time zone, the stream will
commence 20 minutes into the meeting, not from the beginning. Therefore, we will
need to be on time for all the meetings just as we would in a live conference at a hotel.
While we encourage all the saints in the churches to watch the conference messages at
the same time as the other localities in their time zone, we understand that some may
not be able to do so. Thus, once the meeting ends, the message will be available on the
“Archives” page of the conference site (conf.lsmwebcast.com). This will afford the
way for more saints to receive the riches within the same few days of the conference.
B. Online Prophesying: After each ministry message we encourage all the saints to join
an online prophesying session in their time zone, which we hope will promote the
blending among the churches. We encourage the responsible ones in the churches to
arrange prophesying sessions for their localities. Smaller churches are encouraged to
combine for prophesying. LSM will not provide any online prophesying groups or
facilitate the arrangement of prophesying groups.

C. Translation: Messages will be streamed in English, Chinese, Spanish, Korean, and
Portuguese. Some additional languages may also be included.

D. Message availability: The conference website (conf.lsmwebcast.com) will be
deactivated on Lord’s Day, November 27, 2022 at 11:59 PM (23:59) in your time zone for
those in the U.S, and Monday, November 28, 2022 at 11:59 PM (23:59) in your time zone
for the rest of the world. Thereafter, all conference messages will be available for
purchase at www.lsmwebcast.com.

Washington Hilton direction: 5.8 miles North
Driving Directions: Take Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport Access Rd/Smith Blvd and
make a slight right onto the ramp to George Washington Parkway North/Washington/I-395.
Merge onto George Washington Memorial Pkwy. Use the right lane to merge onto I-395 N via the
ramp to Washington. Take exit 1 on the left for US-1 N/14th Street toward the National Mall.
Continue onto US-1/14th St SW. Turn left onto Constitution Ave NW. Turn right onto 17th St NW.
Continue onto Connecticut Ave NW. The Washington Hilton will be located on the right at 1919
Connecticut Ave NW, Washington, DC 20009.

From Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD):
Washington Hilton direction: 36.5 miles East
Driving Directions: Take Rudder Rd to Autopilot Dr. Turn left on Autopilot Dr. and then left onto
Aviation Dr. Use the left two lanes to merge onto VA-28 S/Sully Rd via the ramp to I-66 W. Stay
in the left lane and take a slight left to merge onto I-66 E. Take exit 64 A to merge onto I-95 S
toward Richmond/Alexandria. Use the right two lanes to merge onto US-50 E/Arlington Blvd
toward Arlington. Keep left at the fork, follow signs for US-50 E/Washington and merge onto I-66
E. Take the I-66 E exit on the left toward E Street. Keep right and follow signs for E Street to
continue on to E St. Expressway. Continue onto E St. NW. Turn left onto 18th St NW. Make a
slight left onto Connecticut Ave NW. The Washington Hilton will be located on the right at 1919
Connecticut Ave NW, Washington, DC 20009.

Transportation Services:

Ride App (Uber/Lyft) and Taxi:
Ride App (Uber/Lyft) and taxi service is available from both airports to the Washington
Hilton.

From Washington National Airport: Ride App pickup is available on level one on the
third, outer, curb. Taxis are available on level one at the curb closest to the Terminal outside
the baggage claim exit. Taxi fares are not flat rates and do not include the $3.00 USD airport
fee.

From Washington Dulles International Airport: Ride App pickup is located on the
ground level outside of Baggage Claim, accessible via Doors 2, 4 or 6 Washington Flyer taxis
only are available on the lower level of the Terminal, down the ramp to Door 2 or Door 6. Taxi
fares are not flat rates and the $3.00 USD airport fee is added to the fare.

Metrorail Services:

Bus and Metrorail services are available from both airports to the Washington Hilton.
From Washington National Airport: The Metrorail system is connected directly to DCA.
From Terminal 1, exit the terminal to the street-side curb, board any Airport Shuttle bus. At
the stops for Terminal 2 or North/South Parking 1 & 2, you can access an enclosed bridge
which connects to the Metrorail station. From Terminal 2, either of the two enclosed
pedestrian bridges on the concourse level connect directly to the Metrorail Station. Fare to
the hotel from DCA is approximately $3.00 USD. Plan your trip ahead of time at

From Washington Dulles International Airport: The Silver Line Express Bus from IAD
connects the airport to the Wiehle-Reston East Metrorail Station and costs $5.00 USD. The
bus can be accessed from Arrivals level Door 4, in the center of the Terminal building. Fare
to the hotel from Wiehle-Reston East Metrorail Station is approximately $4.00 USD. Plan
