Who May Attend College-aged & serving ones
Registration Each person will register individually at: sechristianstudents.org
The registration deadline is October 26, 2025. Those who miss the
deadline can put their name on a waiting list; if a spot opens up, we will
notify you. For questions or help with registration, please email
registration@sechristianstudents.org.
Payment $155 due at the time of registration.
Refunds will be issued for cancellations prior to the registration deadline
listed above less the payment processing service fee of $15.00.
No refunds will be given for cancellations after the deadline.
Please notify registration of cancellations after October 26. Same gender
substitutions will be considered based on the waitlist.
Arrival Registration Friday 6:00 pm
First meeting Friday 7:00 pm
Please eat dinner before arriving for registration.
Please plan to arrive no later than 10:00 pm on Friday night.
Departure After the last conference meeting on Lord’s Day at 12:00 noon
Items to Bring 1. Bible and pen.
2. Appropriate attire for a sanctified atmosphere.
3. Personal items, including a towel, toiletries, and a water bottle.
4. Sleeping bag and pillow, or sheets, blanket, and pillow.
