ATTENDEES Students in grades 6-12 and serving ones

REGISTRATION The registration deadline is Friday, October 17.
The cost is $180 for each student and serving one.
Each person will register individually at: https:/www.seypw.org
There are no refunds or late registrations after October 17.
Cancellations prior to October 17 will be refunded less the processing fee of $15.
Those who miss the deadline can put their name on a waiting list. If a spot opens up, we will notify
you.

FORMS: Students and serving ones must complete the consecration, medical/liability release,
and photo release forms during the registration process.
Each serving one must also register and submit the release of liability and photo release forms.
SERVING ONES Provide one serving one for every three young people attending, serving brothers for boys and
serving sisters for girls. Serving ones must complete a background check once every three years.

ARRIVAL Registration is Friday 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
First Meeting is Friday 7:00 pm.
Please eat dinner before arriving at the camp for registration.
Please inform Registration as soon as you know you will be late or anyone cancels.

DEPARTURE The last conference meeting ends on the Lord’s day at noon.
PLEASE BRING Recovery Version of the Bible with footnotes
Attire according to the Consecration Agreement:
○ Brothers: Long- or short-sleeved shirt with long pants
○ Sisters: Top with sleeves and proper neckline; long pants or knee-length skirt; long pants (no
leggings), capri pants, or knee-length skirt.
○ Recreation: Shorts permitted, t-shirts
○ No tank-tops at any time, except to wear to bed

All personal items including towel, toiletries, etc.
Sleeping bag and pillow ***The camp does not provide linens***
