Dear brothers and sisters in the Lord:
We would like to announce that this year’s International Thanksgiving Blending Conference will
be held in Indianapolis, IN, from Thursday, November 27, through Lord’s Day, November 30, 2025.

We would like to extend an invitation to all the churches and individuals to participate in this
gathering.

The meeting schedule is as follows:

All the meetings will be held at the JW Marriott Indianapolis, JW Ballroom 5-10, located at 10 S.
West Street, Indianapolis, IN 46204 and will be open to the public. There will be translation into
Chinese, Korean, Spanish, and Portuguese. Some additional languages may also be included. Please
see the attached information regarding the details of the conference.

Please pray that the Lord will take more crucial steps in the advancement of His purpose during
this gathering.

Information Concerning the
International Thanksgiving Blending Conference
Indianapolis, IN
November 27-30, 2025

1. General: All conference meetings will be held in the JW Marriott Indianapolis, JW Ballroom 5-10, located
at 10 S. West Street, Indianapolis, IN 46204.

2. Translation: There will be translation into Chinese, Korean, Spanish, and Portuguese. Some additional
languages may also be included. Those who need translation will need to download an app called
“ListenWIFI.” You can download the app to either an Android phone or an iPhone. After installing the app,
saints will need to be inside the JW Marriott Indianapolis, JW Ballroom 5-10 in order to connect with the
server. When inside the room, connect to the Wi-fi network “Translation1125” and type in the password
“12345678.” Then open the ListenWIFI app and select the desired language. Saints should bring their own
headphones or earbuds and may also want to bring an external battery pack if they will need to charge
their phone. If they would prefer, those who need translation may also bring their own FM radio, headset,
and extra batteries.

3. Lodging: There are three connected hotels available at the Living Stream Ministry group rate with a
limited number of hotel rooms. Reservations for all hotels can be made using the same reservations link or
phone number included in their descriptions below. Saints are encouraged to make their hotel
reservations as early as possible in order to get the discounted rate. We would ask the saints to reserve
only those rooms that they intend to use and to cancel their reservations as soon as possible if they are
unable to attend the conference. Reserved rooms that are released after the cut-off dates listed below will
not be available to the saints at the discounted rate.

4. Transportation: Please refer to the enclosed Transportation Information sheet for directions to the
hotels from the Indianapolis International Airport (IND).
5. Parking: A discounted overnight and daytime self-parking rate of $20.00 USD per day with in and out
privileges is available for all conference attendees at each of the hotels listed above.
6. Childcare:
• Care for children from Kindergarten through 6th grade will be provided during the conference
meetings at the JW Marriott Indianapolis. Please register all children attending the conference online
at: 2025 International Thanksgiving Blending Conference Childcare Registration or by scanning the
QR code below:

All childcare registration submissions will receive an email confirmation with additional instructions.
Please register all children no later than November 1, 2025.

• The meetings of the conference will be broadcast live on the guest room televisions at the JW Marriott
Indianapolis. There will be a viewing room available for parents to care for their pre-K children during
the meetings of the conference.
• Children must be signed in at their assigned rooms 15 minutes prior to each meeting.
• High school and junior high students are expected to attend all conference meetings.

7. Conference Webcast:
• Live Webcast: The in-person meetings of the 2025 International Thanksgiving Blending Conference will
be streamed live at lsmwebcast.com for those whose time zone permits them to watch the live
meetings by webcast.
The webcast messages will be available according to the following schedule in Indianapolis, IN local time

• Viewing the messages: Both the live and archived messages of the 2025 International Thanksgiving
Blending Conference will be available to view at lsmwebcast.com and accessible via the “Thanksgiving
Conf.” button on the webcast menu. The LSM Webcast site, lsmwebcast.com, will not require login
credentials to access the site. The archived messages will be available approximately 2-3 hours after the
live meeting has concluded and will be accessible for free until December 30, 2025, 30 days after the
conference. After the 30-day period, all conference messages will be available with a subscription or
payment at lsmwebcast.com. Conference outlines will be accessible to download from lsmwebcast.com,
beginning Thursday, November 20, 2025.

• Translation: Messages will be streamed in English, Chinese, Spanish, Korean, and Portuguese. Some
additional languages may also be included.

• Prophesying: We encourage the saints to gather together in the way of blending, to view the messages,
and to remain together to prophesy to confirm the speaking.

to S Service Rd. Keep right, following the signs for I-70/W Perimeter Rd/Terminal Loading Dock/Airport
Fire Station. Make a slight right onto S Service Rd, turn right onto W Perimeter Rd, and then make another
right onto N Service Rd. Turn right to merge onto Col. H. Weir Cook Memorial Dr and use the left lane to
take the ramp to I-465 E/I-74 E/Indianapolis/I-70 W. Make a slight left onto the Interstate 70 E ramp to

Transportation Services:

• Ride App and Taxi: Ride app and taxi service are available from the Indianapolis International Airport
to the hotels listed above. For Uber and Lyft pick-up, exit the terminal to the Ground Transportation
Center on the first floor of the Terminal Garage. Taxi service is available at the curb on the lower level of
the terminal just outside of Baggage Claim. There is a $15 minimum charge for all fares from the airport,
regardless of distance.

• Rental Cars: Rental cars can be picked up at the Indianapolis International Airport Ground
Transportation Center, located on the first floor of the Terminal Garage.

• IndyGo Bus Service: The IndyGo Bus service Route 8 provides non-express, fixed route service from the
airport to downtown for $1.75 per ride. The IndyGo bus stop is located near the Indianapolis

International Airport Ground Transportation Center. Take IndyGo Route 8 (Green Line) to travel
towards downtown Indianapolis. The bus route can take between 20-40 minutes depending on traffic.
Get off at the Washington Street stop. From the Washington Street stop there is an approximately fiveminute walk to the hotels listed above.
