Re: International Memorial Day Blending Conference

Dear brothers and sisters in the Lord:

We would like to announce that this year’s International Memorial Day Blending
Conference will be held in Chicago, IL, from Friday, May 26 through Monday, May 29,
2023. We would like to extend an invitation to all the churches and individuals to
participate in this gathering.

The meeting schedule is as follows:
1st meeting: Friday, May 26 ………………….7:30 PM
2nd meeting: Saturday, May 27 ………………..10:00 AM
3rd meeting: Saturday, May 27 ………………….7:30 PM
4th meeting: Lord’s Day, May 28 ………………….9:30 AM
5th meeting: Lord’s Day, May 28 ………………….7:30 PM
6th meeting: Monday, May 29 ………………..10:00 AM

All the meetings will be held in the Grand Ballroom of the Chicago Marriott Downtown
Magnificent Mile, located at 540 N Michigan Ave, Chicago, IL 60611, and will be open to
the public. There will be translation into Chinese, Korean, Spanish, and Portuguese. Some
additional languages may also be included. Please see the attached information regarding
the details of the conference.

Please pray that the Lord will take more crucial steps in the advancement of His purpose
during this gathering. We hope that all the churches and all the saints will prepare for this
upcoming time of ministry and fellowship and will sanctify these days for the hearing of
faith among us everywhere. May it turn out to be a real memorial among us to the shame of
God’s enemy and to the glory of God’s grace!

Information concerning the
International Memorial Day Blending Conference
Chicago, IL
May 26-29, 2023

1. General: All conference meetings will be held at the Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent
Mile, 540 N Michigan Ave, Chicago, IL 60611.

2. Translation: There will be translation into Chinese, Korean, Spanish, and Portuguese. Some
additional languages may also be included. Those who need translation will need to download an
app called “Listen Everywhere.” You can download the app on either an Android phone or an
iPhone. After installing the app, you will need to be inside the Grand Ballroom of the Chicago
Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile in order to connect with the server. Once inside the Grand
Ballroom, connect to the Wi-fi network “Translation” and type in the password: “Translation.”
Open the Listen Everywhere app and then select the desired language. The saints should bring
their own headphones or earbuds and may also want to bring an external battery pack if they will
need to charge their phone. Those who need translation may also use their own FM radio,
headset, and extra batteries.

3. Lodging:
Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile:
There is a special group rate of $139.00 USD/per night plus tax for single and double occupancy
rooms (one king bed), and $149.00 USD/per night plus tax for triple and quadruple occupancy
rooms (two double beds). For room reservations, please call 1-877-303-0104 and request the
Living Stream Ministry group rate for the 2023 Memorial Day Blending Conference. To make
online reservations at the special group rate, please go to: https://book.passkey.com/e/50485866.
Reservations must be made on or before 5:00 PM local time (CDT) on Friday, May 5, 2023 in order
to get this reduced rate. Check-in is 4:00 PM or earlier (if rooms are available) and check-out is
12:00 PM on May 29, 2023. A 2:00 PM late check-out may be provided upon request and based on
availability.

A limited number of hotel rooms at the Living Stream Ministry group rate are set aside at the
Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile. Saints are encouraged to make their hotel
reservations as early as possible in order to get the discounted rate.
We would ask the saints to only reserve rooms that they intend to use and to cancel their
reservations as soon as possible if they are unable to attend the conference. Reserved rooms that
are released after the May 5th cut-off date will not be made available to the saints at the
discounted rate.
Please also note that there is an early departure fee of $163.19 USD for guests that check out
prior to their confirmed checkout date without notifying the hotel prior to check-in.

4. Transportation: Please refer to the enclosed Transportation Information Sheet for directions
from both Chicago O’Hare International Airport and Chicago Midway International Airport.
5. Parking: All conference attendees will receive a discounted self-parking rate at the Chicago
Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile of $29.00 USD per day with in and out privileges.
