International Memorial Day Blending Conference

To the churches and the saints in the Lord’s recovery:

Due to a change in the requirements of the State of California, we are able to open the
live, in-person portion of the 2022 International Memorial Day Blending
Conference to all the saints in the Lord’s recovery. This effectively drops all of the
previously announced restrictions on who may attend the live conference meetings. Please
note that LSM will not provide any child care; please do not bring your children to the
conference meetings.

The State of California warns that events such as ours are considered higher risk for
COVID-19 transmission. Therefore, we strongly recommend that those who are at a higher
risk of serious illness from COVID-19 not attend. “The risk of developing dangerous
symptoms of COVID-19 may be increased in people who are older. The risk may also be
increased in people of any age who have other serious health problems – such as heart or
lung conditions, weakened immune systems, obesity, or diabetes”

this conference.

The meetings will be held at the LSM Ministry Conference Center at 2431 W. La Palma
Ave, Anaheim CA 92801. Please see schedule 1 for the in-person meeting dates and times.
LSM will not provide any hospitality. Saints should make their own arrangements for
lodging and transportation. Information concerning nearby hotels is attached.
The in-person meetings will be streamed live at live.lsmwebcast.com for those whose
time-zone permits them to watch the live meetings by webcast. The live webcast will be
available according to schedule 1 below.

In addition to the live webcast of the in-person meetings, LSM will stream the messages,
time zone after time zone, across the globe as we have for the past two years at
conf.lsmwebcast.com. This will be done according to two different schedules, schedule 2
below for US churches and schedule 3 below for the rest of the world.

This arrangement will provide the enjoyable conference atmosphere that we have been
missing, yet it allows those who cannot attend from both the U.S. and abroad to enjoy the
conference meetings via LSM conference webcast.

The published meeting times for the live webcast on May 27-30, 2022 are Pacific
Daylight Time (PDT) only.

The published meeting times for May 28-30 and June 3-6, 2022 are for your time
zone, not for Anaheim, CA, USA (unless you are in the same time zone as Anaheim).
LSM will stream the message meetings, time zone after time zone, across the globe.
Thus, the saints in your locality do not have to figure out what time each message will
begin based on your time difference from Anaheim. Below are two examples, which will
hopefully make this fully clear:

Example 1: You are in Malaysia (MYT, UTC +8). All meeting times will begin as
shown above in schedule 3 above in your time zone. Thus, the first message
meeting will begin streaming at 7:00 PM (19:00) MYT on Friday, June 3, 2022;
the second message meeting will begin streaming at 10:00 AM (10:00) MYT on
Saturday, June 4, 2022; and subsequent messages will begin streaming according
to the schedule for churches outside of the U.S. (above).

Example 2: You are in New York City (EDT, UTC -4). All meetings times will begin
as shown in schedule 2 above in your time zone. Thus, the first message meeting
will begin streaming at 10:00 AM (10:00) EDT on Saturday, May 28, 2022; the
second message meeting will begin streaming at 7:00 PM (19:00) EDT on
Saturday, May 28, 2022; and subsequent messages will begin streaming according
to the schedule for U.S. churches (above).

To know exactly when the meetings in your time zone will be streamed, you can simply
replace ‘MYT’ with your own time zone in Example 1 if you live outside the U.S., or replace
‘EDT’ with your own time zone in Example 2 if you live in the U.S. By streaming the
meetings by time zones we hope that the messages of this conference will be received by
many, many more saints than what would be possible in live meetings in one location.

Conference Details:
1. Viewing the messages:

a. The website for streaming the live conference messages on May 27-30, 2022 is
live.lsmwebcast.com. This site does not require an account and will be accessible to
download the conference outlines, beginning Friday, May 20, 2022.

b. The website for streaming the conference messages on May 28-30 and June 3-6, 2022 is
conf.lsmwebcast.com. This site does not require an account and will be accessible to
all the saints and churches to download the conference outlines and run a test video on
their devices, beginning Friday, May 20, 2022. The site will interactively guide each
saint to the correct language.

The messages will be streamed promptly in each time zone according to your
schedule (listed above). Hence, if someone goes to the site late and opens the video
stream, they will be joining the meeting in progress. For example, if someone joins the
Saturday morning meeting at 10:20 AM (10:20) in his or her time zone, the stream will
commence 20 minutes into the meeting, not from the beginning. Therefore, we will
need to be on time for all the meetings just as we would in a live conference at a hotel.
While we encourage all the saints in the churches to watch the conference messages at
the same time as the other localities in their time zone, we understand that some may
not be able to do so. Thus, once the meeting ends, the message will be available on the
“Archives” page of the conference site (conf.lsmwebcast.com). This will afford the
way for more saints to receive the riches within the same few days of the conference.

2. Online Prophesying: After each ministry message we encourage all the saints to join
an online prophesying session in their time zone, which we hope will promote the blending
among the churches. We encourage the responsible ones in the churches to arrange
prophesying sessions for their localities. Smaller churches are encouraged to combine for
prophesying. LSM will not provide any online prophesying groups or facilitate the
arrangement of prophesying groups.

3. Translation: Messages will be streamed in English, Chinese, Spanish, Korean,
Japanese, and Portuguese. Some additional languages may also be included.

4. Hymns: There will be at least 1 hymn for each message. The streamed meeting will
begin with the first hymn. Verses will be displayed on the screen with piano
accompaniment so that the saints can sing along with the hymn. Following the hymn, the
message will begin.

5. Message availability: The conference website (conf.lsmwebcast.com) will be
deactivated on Monday, May 30, 2022 at 11:59 PM (23:59) in your time zone for those in the
U.S, and Monday, June 6, 2022 at 11:59 PM (23:59) in your time zone for the rest of the
world. Thereafter, all conference messages will be available for purchase at
www.lsmwebcast.com.

We feel that the Lord has sovereignly used the pandemic to expand the release of the New
Testament ministry in these seven annual feasts to reach and nourish the Lord’s children
throughout the whole earth. To that end, we hope that all the churches and all the saints
will prepare for this upcoming time of ministry and fellowship and will sanctify these days
for the hearing of faith among us everywhere. Please pray for His blessing upon this
conference. May it turn out to be a real memorial among us to the shame of God’s enemy
and to the glory of God’s grace!
